I had problems with the Graco stroller and playpen that we bought, and because we had bought them in months before our daughter was born, they were off warranty by the time we had issues. Graco wouldn't return, repair, or even recommend how we could repair the issues ourselves. Their customer service line recommended that we throw the products out and go buy new Graco ones. . . ya right! Sorry for the rant! I wouldn’t count on Graco being remotely helpful.
